Senorita Rosita is always on the lookout for healthy snacks for the kids' lunchboxes.

Don't run around like a headless chook at mealtimes. These Senorita Rositas Gobble Up Tortillas are fast to make and take the stress out of feeding the hungry hoardes. We've even mexed up what we use in our Rositas Tortillas to make them fresher and softer. And the best bit? This recipe is so mucho-easy, even a turkey could do it.

Ingredients

- 2 Rositas Tortillas
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 Lettuce, shredded

Olive Oil
- 150g sliced roasted turkey breast
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cranberry sauce
- 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp mayonnaise

 

Recipe Instructions:

1. Firstly, make the onion chutney - place the onion, sugar
olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a pan or small pot and simmer until
the onion is soft and begins to caramelise. Take off heat when
nicely browned.

2. Heat the Rositas Tortillas on a low setting for 20 seconds
in the microwave.

3. Mix the cranberry sauce with the mayonnaise and then spread
like butter all over the Tortillas.

4. Place a bed of shredded lettuce across the bottom half of
the Tortillas, then add the turkey with caramelised onion.

5. Roll the Tortillas up like a cigar. Cut in half. Enjoy.
